BENAÉ Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing BENAÉ Hygiene. We are committed to delivering your high-performance, pH-balanced rituals with the care they deserve.
1. Processing Times
All orders are handcrafted and processed within 2–4 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during launch weeks), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard options include:
• Standard Shipping: $8.95 (3-5 Business Days)
• BENAÉ Insured Shipping: $12.95 (Recommended for the 9-piece Master Collection)
• Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our Michigan fulfillment center.
(Note: Our official mailing address/PO Box is available upon request for returns).
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the U.S. and its territories. We hope to bring the BENAÉ evolution worldwide soon.
6. Damages & Issues
BENAÉ Hygiene is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if standard shipping is selected. However, we want you to have a perfect experience.
• If your order arrives damaged (especially glass Everything Oil bottles), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
• Email us at Benaehygiene@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
7. Returns Policy
Due to the personal nature of our hygiene products, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for more details.
