BENAÉ Refund & Return Policy


At BENAÉ Hygiene, we take great pride in the quality and purity of our handcrafted, pH-balanced products. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our hygiene line, we must maintain strict health and safety standards.


1. All Sales Are Final

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. We cannot restock or resell products that have left our fulfillment center.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product (such as the Everything Oil glass bottle) arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

• Please inspect your order upon reception.

• If an item is damaged, contact us immediately at Benaehygiene@gmail.com with your Order Number and Clear Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

• Reports of damage must be made within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.


3. Incorrect Orders

If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours. We will ship the correct item to you immediately at no extra cost.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

BENAÉ Hygiene is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen. We highly recommend selecting BENAÉ Insured 


Shipping at checkout for high-value orders like the Master Collection to ensure you are covered by the carrier's insurance.


5. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled.


6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
